The Breath Lab is a one-of-a-kind pranayama journey that provides expert guidance, live coaching, and a structured practice BLUEPRINT to help you unlock the power of your breath. In just six weeks, you’ll establish a personalized pranayama practice that you can carry with you for life—cultivating CLARITY, balance, and deep inner awareness along the way.

How it works

  • LEARN

    Participate in seven live Zoom Learning Sessions (or watch the replays) to expand your knowledge of pranayama, progressively practice pranayama techniques and variations, and learn how to plan and practice on your own.

  • INTEGRATE

    Join seven live Zoom Integration Sessions (or watch the replays) to practice together and check-in between Learning Sessions. You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions, share your journey, and connect with the entire Breath Lab.

  • BREATHE

    You’ll have the skills you need and a blueprint to confidently start your own pranayama practice after just one session. Our practice plans, workbook, and tutorials make it a breeze to build a consistent routine.

The Breath LaB isn’t just another course filled with theory and history. This is a structured, experiential journey designed to deepen your direct connection — AND CONFIDENCE — with pranayama.

WHY THE BREATH LAB?

With so many pranayama techniques out there, it can be overwhelming to know where to start, what to practice, and how to structure a daily routine. The Breath Lab takes the guesswork out of it, offering a clear, practical, and easy to personalize four-step approach so you can confidently integrate pranayama into your life — starting right after our first session together.

The Breath Lab Approach

We teach a set series of specific pranayama techniques to prepare, energize, balance, and calm the body, mind, and spirit as well as how to practice them in sequence and when to practice them individually. We literally give you a blueprint for a lifelong pranayama practice.

Unlike programs that focus only on breathwork for relaxation or performance, The Breath Lab is rooted in traditional yoga lineages where pranayama is more than just a tool—it’s a spiritual practice that transforms the way you connect with yourself, others, and the world around you.

This is not about doing yoga—it’s about living it. Through The Breath Lab, you’ll establish a structured, lifelong pranayama practice that will support your growth on and off the mat.

You’ll join one Learning Session and one Integration Session each week (or catch the replays).

Each session is an immersive practice—not just theory. You will be guided step by step through each technique so that you can experience the effects firsthand.

Can’t make it live? No problem! Recordings will be available so you can practice at your own pace.

my breath is my superpower and i want it to be yours, too.

For years, my yoga practice revolved around asana — the poses. I loved the movement, the discipline, the challenge. But I eventually realized—I was doing yoga, not living it. And I wanted to go deeper. I wanted to live the life of a yogi.

Pranayama was the first step in changing that. It has become my anchor through grief, heartbreak, single motherhood, illness and injury, and the stress of having a full time career in humanitarian assistance and co-owning a yoga studio. It helped me cultivate discipline, expand my awareness, and be a better human being. It transformed my yoga practice from something I did on the mat to something I lived every day.

This isn’t just a practice for nervous system regulation or relaxation—though those are certainly benefits. For me, pranayama is a path to self-awareness, connection, and spiritual expansion. It has carried me through life’s challenges, made me a better teacher, and deepened my connection to the world around me.

That’s why I created The Breath Lab—to give you a structured, practical experience that allows you to fully integrate pranayama into your daily life, experience its true depth, and live your best life .

  • No worries! All sessions will be recorded and available for you to watch at your convenience.

  • Both! Whether you’re new to pranayama or looking to deepen your existing practice, The Breath Lab provides structured guidance and live support to help you progress.

  • This program is designed to fit into real life. There are only 5 learning sessions spread out over 6 weeks and you can choose to participate in 4 or more 45-minute Integration Sessions. Your personal practice plan is designed to take less than 30 minutes per day—so even a full schedule won’t hold you back!

  • After signing up, you’ll receive an email with Zoom links, your downloadable workbook, and access to the private community. Session recordings will be shared same-day.

  • Some people should avoid pranayama, or practice with caution, due to health conditions or recent surgeries. If you have heart disease, high or low blood pressure, epilepsy, anxiety, are pregnant, or have recently had surgery, please check with your doctor prior to registering, as pranayama can be contraindicated for these health conditions if untreated.
