Hi, I'm Jen.
Â
I didn’t come to yoga looking for enlightenment. I came because life knocked me flat.
For years, I treated yoga like a workout—just another way to stay fit. Then grief hit like a wrecking ball. Loss flipped my world upside down, and I was drowning in something too big to name.
I turned to the mat, not for fitness, but for relief—somewhere to put the love that no longer had anywhere to go. What started as a daily asana practice became something much bigger. Pranayama, meditation, and the deeper philosophies of yoga followed, not as an intellectual pursuit, but as a necessity.

And I wished, more than anything, that I had started sooner. That I’d had a practice strong enough to carry me through all my struggles. Through cancer. Divorce and heartbreak. Having to leave the country I wanted to call home. But yoga isn’t about looking back—it’s about holding steady in the present, about learning to meet life with grace, no matter what comes next.
And once I understood that, everything changed.
Yoga Endeavour was born from that understanding. Because yoga isn’t just about touching your toes—it’s about embracing your rawest, truest self and staying present through it all. It’s about finding tools that keep you grounded when life gets messy, not just when things are easy.Â
This practice reshaped my life.
I’m here to help it reshape yours.
