As the year winds down, it’s easy to rush, numb, or power through, even when your body and nervous system are asking for stillness.
These two yoga nidra sessions are an invitation to lie down, release, and reconnect with the quiet truth of where you are — and where you’re going.
No experience needed. Just bring a mat, a blanket, and a comfortable place to rest.
Over 2 sessions you will...
Discover
how deep rest clears space for clarity, creativity, and grounded presence in both body and mind.
Release
the residue of the year — wins, losses, lessons — and let your whole system exhale.
Envision
the year ahead from stillness, free from pressure, and open to possibility with self-trust and ease.
You’ll receive everything you need to rest, reflect, and begin again:

Meet your guide, Jen.
I first came to yoga for the workout, another challenge for my Type A personality to conquer. But when life knocked me flat, I discovered the practice as something much deeper.
It was through subtle practices like pranayama, meditation, and especially yoga nidra that I found refuge. They helped me soften through grief, anchor into compassion, and reconnect with the quiet presence that’s always there beneath the surface.
Today, I teach yoga at Yoga Commons, the studio I co-founded just outside Washington, DC. Trained in the lineage of Sri Dharma Mittra and grounded in years of practice in both Dharma Yoga and Ashtanga, I created these year-end sessions to share the restorative practices that carried me — so you can rest, reflect, and step into the year ahead with clarity and ease.
