First, LET’S CHAT.

We’ll start with a free 30-minute consultation to get clear on your goals, my teaching approach, and the Go Solo process to ensure it’s the right fit.

In our first one-on-one session we’ll spend 90-minutes together to develop a bespoke blueprint for your practice—including yoga asana (movement), pranayama (breathwork), meditation, and mindful living—to create the momentum you’ve been missing on your own.

AND REFINE IT each week.

Over the course of of our ten weeks together, we’ll meet once a week for 60 minutes to check in, revisit your goals, go over techniques or postures, troubleshoot challenges or obstacles, and refine your practice blueprint.

Meet Jen

Jen is first and foremost a student of yoga. Through her dedicated personal practice, both on and off the mat, she strives to help others transition from doing their yoga to living their yoga. Jen is a scientist, humanitarian, yoga practitioner and teacher. She values autonomy over authority and strives to empower individuals to develop a compassionate, curious, and holistic yoga practice that includes movement, breath, meditation, and philosophy in the traditions of Dharma and Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga.
